Isle of Man Gambling Jurisdiction
The Isle of Man Gambling Jurisdiction is a one of its kind gambling jurisdiction which not only licenses online companies but offline organizations as well. Electronic Transactions Act, 2000 and the On-Line Gambling Regulation Act, 2001 made the legalization of online gambling possible. It offers two types of licenses; a full license and a sub license. Under a full license there is no limit to the number of games and forms of gambling you want to provide.
In order to apply for an online gambling license, you need to pay a licensing application fee of £1,000. Annually, there is a £35,000 licensing fee. There is an added advantage of no corporation tax on gambling profits, no capital gains tax, no stamp duty, and no inheritance or succession tax on the Island.
