Telesina is a poker game that originated in Sanremo, Italy. It’s often referred to as a variation of five-card stud, though it’s actually a combination of stud and community-card poker. To make the best possible Telesina poker hand is the objective of the game and the game is played with a short deck. In Telesina there is are shared community cards as in hold’em  games.  This means the player who bets first on each round is not predetermined and does not need to be the same throughout a hand.
