The Games We Play!
6 August 2010 Posted By admin
There are several gaming software out there in the market, especially poker software and casino software. It is as if zillions of programmers decided one sunny morning to go code gaming software, and everyone worth their java or flash pants or visual C butts put in some hours at it. Some gave up after a little skirmish with a few tricky algorithms, some stole rampantly from others, creating a patchwork of unknown, undocumented nothing. Some managed to create their versions of perfection, as well.
Cybertech began their coding in the middle of 2008. When asked if their software was the best, you always got an answer: “No, though it will be. And, what, after that, then?” The answer was obvious: do it better still!
The effort is even more obvious when you find that the software is handcrafted by a group of closely knit passionate individuals in their 20s. Even a cursory two-minute session is more than enough to demonstrate that this is a gaming software built with love, not merely another commercial product extruded from the bowels of some passionless corporate gaming franchise sweatshop. Nor is this a ridiculously built bit of software that bores the hell out of you; it is FUN to download and play.
Now, I’m not plugging our products. I essentially grew up as a hardcore physics nerd with a deep and personal understanding of the fact that if there is something to code, one could code it anyway. I was just a kid; I had no money enough to buy a computer in the first place, forget gaming software.
But it doesn’t stay that way. I built my first software company at 17 and never looked back. Now that I’m older, I have money – and a taste for good software, I build gaming software all the time.
Though let me be crystal clear about one thing: as a programmer, if you passionately know code, write software and charge money for it, your software will be the best. Guaranteed!
Always, with talent, you have to talk with your wallet!
